Operator Permissions Reference
Every operator has three roles with different levels of access. The owner configures which permissions Admins and Members have.
Roles
| Role | How You Get It | Can It Be Changed? |

| Owner | Automatically assigned to whoever creates the operator | No. Owner permissions are fixed and always have full access. |
| Admin | Promoted by the owner or another admin with ManageUsers | Yes. Permissions are configurable. |
| Member | Default role when joining an operator | Yes. Permissions are configurable. |
Permissions
| Permission | What It Unlocks |
|---|
| ManageSettings | Change operator name, description, color, payout percentage, invite-only mode, and role-permission mappings. Also required to rent hangars on behalf of the operator. |
| ManageBanking | Access the operator’s bank account, view operator transactions, and make transfers from the operator account. |
| ManageUsers | Invite new members, change member roles, and remove members from the operator. |
- The owner opens the operator’s Settings tab.
- Under Admin and Member sections, they toggle which permissions each role has.
- Changes apply immediately.
The owner always has all permissions. This cannot be changed.
