Airports
Airports are the hubs of FS Reality. They’re where you find aircraft, claim assignments, refuel, rent hangars, and start your flights.
Browsing Airports
Click Airports in the sidebar to open the airport search page. You can:
- Search by text. Airport name, code, or city.
- Filter by country. Narrow results to a specific country.
- Filter by aircraft type. Find airports that have a specific type of aircraft available.
- Paginate. Browse through pages of results.
Click on any airport to open its detail page.
Airport Detail Page
Each airport page is a hub with several sections:
Airport Info
Basic details about the airport including name, code, location, and field type.
Available Aircraft
Aircraft currently at this airport that are available for rent or purchase. Aircraft you’ve already rented appear highlighted. From here you can reserve an aircraft directly.
Assignments
Open jobs departing from this airport. You can claim assignments and they’ll appear in your Loading Area. Assignments can be sorted to help you find the best jobs.
Fuel Prices
Simulated fuel prices at this airport. Prices vary by airport. Some airport types (like heliports or seaplane bases) may not display fuel pricing.
Weather
When available, the airport page shows the latest METAR (weather observation) data. Weather is refreshed automatically in the background.
Hangars
If hangar space is available at the airport, you can rent it for aircraft storage. Hangars can be rented for your personal use or on behalf of an operator (if you have the right permissions).
